La Dolce Vita will host a very special Trade Lunch for up to 70 specially invited buyers, where we will be asking our exhibitors to provide some of their fabulous products for our Italian chefs to create a special Italian Menu’ with the help of Valentina Harris. The Lunch is composed with typical Italian recipes from all of the Italian Regions. There will be table tastings… with glasses of wine /olive oil/liquors from Italy to wet the pallet.
